Wonderful Stay

helpful staff clean hotel convenient location

The staff provided wonderful service and were helpful. The hotel was very clean and organized. I appreciated that the airport bus stopped near the hotel. The former Hokkaido government building and the clock tower were just a short walk away.

The lack of onsen facilities in the hotel was disappointing.

The room was spacious. It included all necessary amenities, which staff replenished daily. The bathroom was clean and well-kept. I found the bed comfortable.

The hotel has an underground walkway, and I believe it connects to the JR train station. The hotel has a Starbucks cafe. It is located near the elevators. There is convenient access to shops and eateries nearby.

Great location, superb service

direct connection wide array nice staff

the hotel connected directly to the railway station. this made arrival effortless. the breakfast had a wide array of options. i tried hokkaido milk. the staff was very nice at all levels.

i contacted the hotel with messages. i sent them after checking out. i never received any response to my communications.
