The hotel was beautifully designed with amazing views.

The experience and service did not match the hotel's design. I woke up wanting to use the sauna and cold plunge, though the spa only opens at 11 am. Checkout is at 10.30 am.

The staff were all so friendly and ready to help. The rooms have beautiful views from the balcony. the spa was one of the best i've ever been to.

Our vacation was supposed to last three nights, but it didn't start well. we asked to cancel with a refund due to a medical emergency, but the hotel refused. They said we could move the dates, though we did not know when we would be available, as the arrival date was too close.

Everything was great! i especially liked the breakfast buffet. It offered a fantastic selection of food.

The gym was small, and it often had children in it. This made it really difficult for me to use. i think it's important to have a dedicated time or space for adults to exercise.
