Wonderful Seaside Experience

I appreciated the proximity to the beach. It made it easy to enjoy the sea whenever I wanted. The staff provided excellent service. The on-site spa offered very relaxing treatments (I recommend Tatiana!).
The gym could benefit from updated equipment.

The indoor pool provides a great alternative during cooler weather. The outdoor pool area features about twenty loungers and several shaded areas. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

Breakfast included multiple options. I found it quite satisfying. The hotel's restaurant served dinner with good variety and large portions. The carbonara tagliatelle was particularly good.

high spa costsmoke smell
The spa cost an extra 50€ per person. This price was for 90 minutes! The hotel did not respond to my emails weeks in advance. the hotel and our room smelled like smoke. The smell returned even after opening windows.

Really good Stay near Thessaloniki!

The hotel has luxurious elements and a casual, respectful staff. The beach is okay and actually better compared to other locations, despite some seaweed. I also found the proximity to the beach AMAZING. I booked a room with sea view and witnessed striking sunsets over the Aegean.
The rules of the hotel felt strange at times. I believe the hotel presents itself as a five-star hotel, however, the provided service seems more in line with a four-star rating.

The restaurant food was DELICIOUS!!! The servings were large, and the prices were fair. Breakfast was plentiful. There was a good selection of everything on offer. The area has many taverns, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

the breakfast had lots of options and tasted ok.
the air conditioning, it was hard locked to a central system with a target temperature of 26 degrees, so i couldn't control the ac from my room and i had to constantly call reception to ask them to turn it on.

i found the pool area very lovely and clean. plenty of sun beds and big umbrellas provided ample shade. the breakfast outside was delicious, especially with the sea view. the location is great. a short walk along the promenade leads to several lovely restaurants.

the staff i encountered were friendly and polite. alexander from the skybridge bar & restaurant showed professionalism. harris at reception was very helpful and struggled .
