The grounds were beautiful with nice landscaping and clear water at the beach. The beach was calm. It was great for relaxation. My room was always clean and well-stocked with various drinks. The buffet offered something different everyday. It had many local and international dishes to choose from. I really felt at home even without diamond club membership.

Some drinks frequently ran out at the pool bar. This was a bit disappointing.

I appreciated the front desk staff. They were efficient for check-in. housekeeping kept my room clean. everley, athencia, atara, joshua, khem, benta, german, and alejandro provided really good service. the experience was lovely and wonderful.

Some restaurant reservations were a hassle. Beach food was unavailable.

i loved the resort's beautiful location with its fine beach , activities like kayaks and hobie cats were readily available. there were plenty of beds on the beach and poolside for everyone , so finding a spot was never a problem. the staff were super attentive was nice.
