expensive restaurant limited menu
The dining options were a letdown. the main restaurant, la finca, was quite pricey, and the food didn't justify it. the second night, the only alternatives were an expensive barbecue or room service. It felt very restrictive. also, i found the room service menu limited, especially regarding vegetarian choices.

Breakfast offered options without gluten that is a plus. The house of the hotel is super nice. The scenery is beautiful. It is a great place for relax.
New owners have re-organised the structures so the staff were clearly settling in.

historic architecture good textiles charming staff
i adored the historic architecture evident in the reception area. the interior design featured good textiles and ceramics. dinner at the restaurant was divine!!!
