I stayed in a Heritage Signature Suite for five nights. The room included a comfortable bed and beautiful tilework. The dining experience stood out (especially the delicious dishes). All staff ensured my visit was enjoyable.
The reception area did not impress. It seemed like a temporary structure. The gym equipment was limited. There was only a machine and an old treadmill.

the grounds felt lovely and quaint. i particularly enjoyed the different areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings.. it reminded me of a true escape. the staff were kind, helpful, and informative.
the hotel is a bit far from the main sights, meaning i spent a considerable amount of time in traffic. it's something to consider if you're keen on quick access to the city's attractions.

The check-in was fast. The hotel has well-kept grounds and all the amenities were functional. The hotel atmosphere added to a genuinely pleasant experience!
I experienced some issues with the invoicing system. Credit card payments via online travel agencies were refused! I had to make a bank transfer instead. It took days, so I paid again.
