small room high fee

the princess room i booked was much smaller than advertised. a bad 140 cm bed left little space to open my suitcase. it was VERY noisy being right next to the housekeeping room and the drains in both the sink and shower drained poorly. The parking FEE was also quite high and not communicated upfront.

the noise was a significant issue. my room faced an area where loud maintenance work occurred early each morning. this made sleeping past 7 am impossible. also, i noticed peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, which detracted from the otherwise elegant aesthetic

charming stay in a royal room

elegant breakfast area bathroom detail great location

the breakfast area felt so elegant to dine in. the room's details impressed me, and i also loved the bathrooms. the whole hotel have an really good atmosphere. the location was great, i could walk to main tourist points.

no one told me about noise from the bar beneath. i was not expecting that. i wish they said something before, so i could prepare.

the breakfast buffet included wide selections of pastries, fresh fruits, and also local cheeses. coffee and tea service was prompt and attentive, it made mornings very enjoyable. the restaurant's decor contributed to a relaxed dining atmosphere.

my room featured a king-size bed with plush linens and several pillows, it ensured restful sleeps. the bathroom had heated floors and premium toiletries, it was a treat. a separate seating area included a sofa and a coffee table.

efficient process cute staff convenient location nearby streets

i found the check-in process quite efficient upon arrival i noticed the staff were very cute i was given helpful information regarding local attractions i also found the hotel's location very convenient for exploring nearby shopping streets.

the television in my room seemed limited i could only access youtube and pay-per-view options local channels were unavailable
