the timing for the shuttle delivery for the beach was limited it should be extended i found the sofa bed very uncomfortable and old. it caused back pain it needs replacing

i think the rooms lacked attention to detail for a five-star resort. i noticed the outdoor chairs and corridors needed maintenance. we only got one small water bottle all week, without refills.

i found that the sofabed was very bad. it was dirty and probably never cleaned with no cover sheets. it also caused back and neck pain every night.
