the hotel had a great location near main attractions. staff were very helpful and friendly always. i found the rooms very clean and tidy. i really enjoyed my time at the hotel. the breakfast had lots of options, even for children.

the gym temperatures were a little high and unpleasant.

the staff was polite enough, i suppose. nancy and simran at reception were alright.

i found the room wasn't what i booked. they called a room with a couch 'a suite' which, let's be real, it was not. the room was super dingy, and the ac just quit on me several times. seriously considering never returning.

my beautiful suite was spacious. the breakfast had live counters and delicious food. i am grateful the travel desk helped us with local travel. asha was helpful, and she coordinated our trips. i appreciate the late check-out option.

the hot water took ten minutes to reach the tap. boilers located far away causes this. marketing images showed different interiors. not all suites are consistent with these pictures. new year's eve event was a letdown for the price.
