the light switches in the family junior suite was hard to work. it almost needed a degree to switch them all off. also, the blue lights by the head of the bed was too bright and i found them distracting at night. it seems a small problem, but it did affect my rest, and i weren't expecting it.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfast had perfect pastries i loved. there was a bluetooth speaker in the room and i thought it was perfect. the indoor pool was warm and NICE.

i noticed the room thermometer needed some attention , as i struggled to keep the room warm.

I found the staff genuinely helpful. they arranged a room for me upon my early arrival, well before the official check-in time. the free parking was convenient (a definite plus in this area). i also appreciated the pool. It was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

I found the lighting controls slightly confusing at first. It took a moment to figure out which switch controlled which light.

the gym was ok it had some equipment i used.

the tv signal kept cutting out a lot i don't know why. the breakfast wasn't that great either they stopped refilling stuff way before breakfast ended. one guy at the table was confused and he took us to a dirty table.
