I greatly appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the historic area. It was quiet, and there were very nice restaurants nearby. The suite was large and comfortable.

I encountered a minor issue. The continental breakfast was somewhat limited.

The suite had high ceilings and large windows. The bathroom included a rainfall spa shower. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and included a comfy bed. The river view was AMAZING!!!

The suite was spacious. It featured a good view and beautiful décor. The linens were soft!!! The hotel's Italian restaurant offered excellent dining. Reservations are essential. The staff proved helpful.

The hotel's location was stellar. Everything felt within easy reach. the restoration of the building was excellent, a real testament to heritage preservation. i was actually surprised by the spaciousness of the classic room plus. i found the valet service efficient, a real bonus.

i noticed limited electrical plugs in the room, a slight inconvenience given today's reliance on devices.

The rooms design was a bit depressing. i found the dim lighting not ideal for getting ready. also, the room service was slow one night. I waited over an hour for a simple order and the food arrived cold. it was a disappointing end to the day, to be honest. i do not think i will return again.
