the breakfast was abundant, i found lots of tasty options. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i really liked the cleanliness of the hotel. the hotel has amenities like a parking area and a spa, i used the parking and it was easy.

The hotel needs upgrades. our room lacked air conditioning. It was not comfortable. the bar below the windows was noisy. this made it difficult to sleep, even with the windows closed, there was noise from a nearby restaurant until late.

i appreciated the amazing location and beautiful views i had from the balcony. breakfast was excellent and offered a lot of options. the staff seemed nice and were fluent in english. the swimming pool was great and the parking felt secure, which helped.

i noticed the room felt a little dark because there wasn't quite enough light.

The hotel has an amazing location right on the lake, perfect for ferry access. The outdoor restaurant presented really good Italian cuisine. I enjoyed the beautiful lake view from my room. I also found the staff to be friendly .

I noticed some carpets needed cleaning.

the hotel had a lakeside location and the view from the balcony was lovely the pool was a nice size for swimming and i used it daily the breakfast offered many options i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries.

the gym lacked some newer equipment some machines looked worn.
