the hotel provided a shuttle to downtown, a convenient service.

i found the poolside lounge chairs very uncomfortable. the rope netting made it hard to relax, and a metal bar in the middle added to the discomfort (it really detracted from enjoying the pool).

The room was immaculate. Sheets were crisp. Our Stock Island King Room had everything. The marina views were amazing. I enjoyed watching the boats. The pool was heated, GREAT.

I wish the poolside lounge chairs were more comfortable. The rope netting made it difficult to relax, and a metal bar added discomfort. i found it VERY annoying.

The shuttle service downtown ran hourly, a great convenience. Front desk staff helped arrange a room change. It was very easy. The concierge was available to assist with local excursions.
