the staff was helpful i had what i needed for my stay.
the breakfast lacked variety the same items was daily it became repetitive the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly i reported this three times but saw no improvement it made the stay uncomfortable one day the pool was rented for a private event without notice we were left with very limited space.

The architecture is fine. It gave a sense of true luxury. the staff were helpful and cute when i needed assistance! the cleanliness was amazing, and it was evident throughout all the spaces. i thoroughly enjoyed the pools. They were quite relaxing.
the coffee in the room required an extra charge, which i thought was a bit much.

The food preparation showed attention to detail, and a variety of dishes catered to different tastes. the restaurant food was freshly cooked. The chef and their team are talented. the options were delicious.

The staff members were very helpful. They provided quick responses. every staff member spoke english. This was a great convenience. the service was friendly and always attentive, but never intrusive, which i liked!

The tennis court was available for use. It was included in the price of the stay. the hotel had spa facilities. They were excellent. the pools were well-kept. They added to the overall relaxation!

the staff was amazing! and friendly they are always smiling and ready to help! everyone were pretty good too. the pools were fabulous they are so clean and well looked after, i enjoyed other facilities such as the tennis court and spa i reminded me of royalty!
I have to say the hotel is about 7 miles from the main tourist area and set on a hill a long way from any beach. Though it was easy to use taxi services.

the room featured a walk-in closet, it provided extra convenience and storage space. the bathroom came with two sinks. there were plenty of towels and bathrobes. the decor was very detailed, it included ornate italian-style.

the staff was very attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. the reception staff provided quick responses and efficient service, addressing any questions immediately. room service was prompt with orders arriving quickly and accurately.

A Palace of Comfort

The beautiful room included an electric TV that rose from the unit. Lunch and dinner surpassed usual quality. The pool area I find really good.
The hotel sits a little far from the beach, and near shops are nonexistent.

There are a couple of pools. One is for residents and one . The spa area can be booked exclusively and this I liked. It gives a private, relaxing place.

The staff works hard. They were helpful and determined to help any enquiry. Staff spoke a range of languages. Their English was excellent and I even heard them speaking German and Italian.
