beautiful garden spacious room free shuttle many stairs lobby chairs slippery floor

the hotel gardens are beautiful. the room was spacious and clean. the free return shuttle to the park was useful.

accessing the complex requires stairs. rooms require many stairs. this detail was not in the description. the chairs in the lobby have some peeling. i see an accident with the floors in the hallways, they are slippery.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. The staff scheduled a guided bird watching tour. The guide showed us so many birds. The room upgrade included fresh flowers and sparkling wine. It was a classy touch.

The floors in the hallways could be slippery. I think an accident could happen.

double beds good bed air conditioning pool closure toilet handle late checkout

we got a superior double room with two double beds. the beds and bath were really good. air conditioning was definitely appreciated. our room overlooked the roof of the restaurant and some noisy equipment though.

the main pool was closed for two days. it was odd since the hotel wasn't crowded. we wanted a late checkout to have a massage but we were denied. i canceled the massage because of that, and our room had a broken toilet handle too.
