wow, my room, a superior double room, had the best views of the guadiana river! the hotel location is so great, it was a super easy walk to shops and cafes. the breakfast choices also were excellent. i loved how helpful and pleasant all the staff were, like, seriously!

the hotel, though, need to give attention to details, like painting doors! i think the maintenance is really lacking in the hotel.

this hotel stands in a prominent position, a detail allowing for lovely river views. the views include the bridge linking spain and portugal, really are a lovely sight. it provided a tranquil and calming vacation.

all hotel staff, starting from reception to domestic staff, was super helpful! my room and bathroom were always cleaned to a very high standard. the staff gives very little information to the visitor, just a few brochures.

the hotel's location is excellent, near the town center with shopping and restaurants. parking was easy and right outside the main door. the bar area has comfortable seating both inside and outside. i found the staff very friendly and efficient .

the air conditioning was out of service. i was told it was not warm enough to warrant its use. this was an inconvenience.

the pool was there. breakfast choices seemed fine enough.

The air conditioning did not work. they said it was not warm enough to turn it on. the receptionist was also inconsistent. One was great, but the other was not helpful.
