eerie vibehospital bed

The atmosphere was... off! it felt too quiet, like everyone was trying not to disturb the convent ghosts. and the bed, oh, the bed. it had wheels with brakes like a hospital bed. I paid for a relaxing stay, twice. holy pictures everywhere just added to the overall eerie vibe. i won't be returning. Thanks.

Excellent Stay in a Historic Building

The location is great, with easy access to the Plaza Mayor. The parking was convenient and the staff very nice. There were spacious areas available to use and relax in, a very easy walk to the Plaza Mayor. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, a super start to the day!!!

The mattress in the room was not comfortable. I felt it was too firm for my liking. I hope the hotel considers replacing them soon.

The rooms are large with comfortable beds. There were plenty of hot water and quality towels available. Those details. The interior hallway separates the bedroom from the bathroom.

this parador is just amazing. the location is super convenient, close to the main attractions. free parking was easily accessible. the hotel had a pleasant bar and restaurant. the building's architecture is a total standout, gorgeous!

The staff seemed a little reserved. A warmer welcome would have made it perfect.

the room included individual climate control so temperature was easy to manage. the room also had blackout curtains. the bathroom featured a shower and tub combination. complimentary toiletries. the beds were big.

the hotel has several courtyards. there is a seasonal outdoor pool. plenty of seating surrounds the pool. the grounds are well maintained. this provides a calm and nothing noisy.

the staff provided quick check-in. the front desk addressed all my questions. the staff members were available 24/7. assistance with luggage was readily available. service was effective.
