i stayed in a room on the fifth floor, it had garden access. the infinity pool offered a fine view. the buffet breakfast presented delicious and varied options.

system errorpoor handling
the evacuation alarm sounded late one night. this was not a drill. i had to leave my room quickly. the staff said it was a system error. there was little explanation and no one answered the phone at reception. i felt the parador handled it poorly. i left the next day and they still wanted to charge me for the night.
