The gym had excellent equipment. I saw really great staff. The hotel has beautiful facilities.

The bar was smaller than I expected. Public areas looked different from the pictures. The hotel looked different in real life.

The double bed rooms include full appointments. They are spacious and comfortable. Balconies face the park. These balconies have beautiful city vistas. I found the hotel's location safe. The red hop on hop off bus stops across the street.

The bar and public areas seemed much smaller than they looked in the pictures online, still fine though.

The hotel provides easy access to shopping and city highlights. It is centrally located without being in too much traffic. A nice park is across the street. I could easily walk to many places.

My room included complimentary water. There was also coffee in the room. Closets were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The room included a balcony.

The front desk staff were wonderful. All staff are friendly and professional. The concierge staff are excellent. They are accommodating to requests. They provided assistance with directions when needed.

The breakfast buffet offered an array of pastries. It also included various hot dishes. The hotel restaurant helps a lot at the end of a day touring. I enjoyed facturas and alfajores.

worn equipment absent assistance

the front desk staff handled my late checkout request adequately. it was processed without excessive delay, which i considered satisfactory.

The minibar was not restocked daily. This required me to make repeated requests, inconvenient. the gym equipment showed signs of wear, and one of the treadmills was out of service. the absence of readily available assistance in the gym was also noted.
