The staff provided a warm welcome with tea upon my early arrival. I received both an early check-in and a room upgrade (a kind gesture).

charming stay with a slight hiccup

the hotel is gorgeous with fine city views , which i could enjoy right from my patio. the staff were helpful , especially when my flight was delayed. i also enjoyed seeing the alpacas roaming the grounds, it was a good surprise. the chef prepared excellent lacto-vegetarian and gluten-free meals for me.
i found that some small amenities were missing from my room. for instance , i would have appreciated having body wash in the shower and tissues readily available in the room. having those items would have.

Really good Stay with Scenic Views

The staff exhibited amazing kindness and helpfulness during my entire stay. The premises display original art pieces which add a unique touch. The availability of on-site parking was particularly convenient, a feature not always common.
I noticed that the selection at breakfast, though good, could have been a bit more varied from day to day.

room insulation minimal amenities
The breakfast was fantastic.
The rooms lacked proper insulation, and the heating system only worked from 6 pm to 6 am. I found myself freezing throughout the entire hotel. The bathroom offered minimal amenities. There was no lotion available, just a few q-tips.

amazing historic stay!
expansive view fresh fruit great staff amazing chef
The chef crafted excellent lacto-vegetarian and gluten-free meals for me. I loved the expansive dining room view of the city. Breakfasts included a wide assortment of fresh fruit! the staff were so cute. They were amazing!
The hotel address made uber pick-ups tricky. It wasn't directly recognized. We figured out the best spot after a few tries though.
