I was impressed by the staff were nice and pro. They were always ready to help. my room had a beautiful decoration in a charming palace style, i found it wonderful. the view from the window was also perfect and i enjoyed it a lot.

The limited selection of sandwiches after 4pm was a bit inconvenient. I wished there were more options. this made it slightly difficult to find a satisfying snack in the late afternoon, before dinner service started.

the architecture held a certain magic, it seemed like stepping back in time. the staff showed such warmth, especially the thoughtful gestures from the front desk. our room had a view of the mountains, it was a good start to each day.

the mini-fridge in the room was not working, this meant i couldn't keep my water cold at night.

the staff provided a friendly welcome and always ensured my comfort. the rooms featured an elegant design and provided ample space to relax after a day of travel. the bartender at the lounge was attentive and made evenings very enjoyable. the dining options delivered an excellent experience, complete with tasty food and attentive service.

The sound insulation between rooms was minimal. I heard some noise from neighboring guests.

the gym was quite small, with limited equipment.
