the restaurant was convenient.
I found the condition of the room quite disappointing. The bathroom had black mold in the jacuzzi jets, very unhygienic. the sofa was also stained. the outdated washing machine was broken, annoying.

The rooms were spacious with good amenities. The sea view and swimming pool were nice. I appreciated the helpful staff. i dined at the restaurant both nights. The location was good. It was an easy walk to the ferry for Russell, which i found worth visiting, and it was easy to park near the hotel.
The street lamps outside made the room a bit too BRIGHT at night.

The room included a comfortable bed and a spacious living area. There was a modern television with access to multiple channels, providing entertainment. The air conditioning worked well, maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout the stay.

Staff members offered prompt and attentive service, always ready to assist with requests, SUCH as arranging transportation. Housekeeping services were consistent, maintaining the room tidy. The reception desk operated efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

The pool area has comfortable lounge chairs and sun umbrellas for relaxation. The on-site restaurant provided indoor and outdoor seating with scenic views. Laundry facilities were accessible, including washing machines and dryers , made it easy to care for my clothes.

Fantastic Stay with Harbour Views

The breakfast choices were diverse and delicious. The view of the harbour from level 3 was fine, I could see the bay clearly. The room had all the facilities I needed, I especially liked the comfy bed and large lounge. The hotel is located a short walk from the town centre.
The woodwork had some wear and tear , this was slightly noticeable.

The hotel is conveniently close to the beach , it is sandy directly in front. The ferry wharf is only a quick five minute walk from the hotel for cruises and access to shops.

The hotel features a large pool on the first floor , it includes four heated plunge pools. There is a spacious lounge area near the pool with views over the water. On-site dining is available at the restaurant , with nice views.

Check in was easy and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful , always happy to assist with requests. Spa treatments are available , it's best to book in advance to secure your spot.

My room had air conditioning and a balcony pool view, I also enjoyed great harbour views. The lounge living area was spacious , the bed was also very comfortable. A kitchenette and a large fridge made self-catering easy.
