Can you clarify if the restaurant and bar on-site are open? I heard there was a shuttle service, but I seem to be missing details.

The shuttle service is currently unavailable, but the ROAM restaurant and bar are open for both seating and in-room dining.
What options do you have for booking a room with a balcony? I previously stayed without one and would prefer to ensure I get a balcony this time.

The Terrace suite and the Mountain View suite both feature a large terrace. Calling the hotel to check availability for these particular room styles is recommended.
