Fantastic Stay with Mountain Views

The location was great. I got around easily. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. I enjoyed complimentary bus passes. This saved money. I really liked the hot tub because it was outside and had fantastic mountain views.

The gym was a bit small, with limited equipment.

The restaurant, GOOD FOLK, had excellent food. I recommend the basil pesto pasta and mushroom risotto. They tasted amazing!!! The complimentary coffee and tea were a plus and seemed to be of good quality.

The room had a nice balcony, great for enjoying the views. There were good toiletries. That was great. The coffee offer for own brewing in the room suited me fine. I appreciated this amenity.

The public bathhouse was super nice. It offered beautiful mountain views. I enjoyed the cozy room that had a comfortable sofa near a fire. The rooftop pool was heated.

The hotel provide free local transport.

The room wasn't cleaned well. I found hairs in it from previous visitors. I also don't like the big damage deposit fee after paying for the room online. It feels sneaky.

Wonderful Hotel with Mountain Views

The room was comfortable. There are washing machines to use, as well as a spacious covered parking spot. The hotel is close to the main street. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel. They also provide public transport passes ..

Many areas of the room were very dusty. It seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The air conditioner was loud.

The facility included a beautifully furnished interior. Staff members provided pleasant and helpful assistance. Rooftop hot tubs offered ample space. The onsite restaurant provided a superb dining experience. Onsite parking proved very convenient. The hotel's location outside the main busy area ensured a quiet stay. Highway access was easily manageable from the hotel. I had free bus passes to get around.

The corridors sometimes had laundry bags outside my room and the carpets were a bit dirty.
