My arrival was smooth due to pre-arranged hotel shuttles. The staff addressed unexpected flight issues with solutions and care. Wilmer in guest services stood out, providing consistent support . The overall atmosphere was lively. The hotel showed clear attention to cleanliness.
The decorative refrigerator in the room did not cool, which posed a problem for storing medication.

The staff are very polite. Breakfast options numbered three so i could really enjoy the important meal of the day. The main floor has a huge pool and lounge area. I could order food and drinks any time. The rooftop bar has a pool and a gym.
The a/c in the room is control by the hotel. At night, it became a sauna. I was told it's a complaint they get all the time and they are working on it.

The hotel features a SUPER location. Shops, restaurants, and tourist spots are close. This placement allows easy access to main attractions and amenities. It is very convenient for exploring the area.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. They were very attentive to all requests. Vicky kindly helped organise a surprise lunch for my husband. She added personal touches to celebrate our honeymoon.
