i found a couple of things disappointing. the mattress really wasn't good it felt old and worn. also, the checkout time at 11 am felt quite early i would have liked a bit more time to prepare for my departure it, early checkout

the air con in my room, it was turned off as a default. i had to ask at reception for it to be switched on.

The parking lot was a bit small. It was hard to find a space at times.

i found the reception team friendly. the breakfast options were luxury. the chef in the restaurant achieved top level results. i particularly enjoyed the diverse selection and the quality of ingredients used each morning, it was AMAZING!!!

the air conditioning in my room did not work upon arrival. the staff fixed the issue quickly.

the breakfast was super! i mean, so much choice and the coffee was amazing from the barista. my room was to be newly decorated, everything was in great condition, i tell you! the beds were very good. a quiet and clean room, i was very happy.

the parking was very difficult, it wasn't obvious where i could park on the street or how to pay! i was confused. also the room decor wasn't great, it seemed like a building site. the walls looked unfinished.

i think the price was too high. the room was average regarding quality. windows werent silenced well and i heard people shout outside.
