the hotel was super clean and presented beautifully. the reception staff provided excellent service and offered helpful advice. the shuttle bus proved invaluable due to the hotel's somewhat remote location (i appreciated that a lot). the food was delicious and represented great value.

one afternoon, i found a maintenance worker inside my room without prior notice. he was near the safe, i found this quite unsettling. i wish i had been informed beforehand or been present during any maintenance checks.

the front desk offered quick and efficient assistance, addressing requests promptly. the staff members were attentive and helpful (always smiling!). they clearly prioritised guest satisfaction and maintained a professional manner throughout my visit.

The breakfast had a large selection of fruit and pastries. American breakfast options were also available, so it was easy to find something. Dinner outdoors under the Italian night sky was really nice. The menu had many options for food and dessert.

The room was a little small. We had to pay a fee to hire a hotel towel for the beach because they dont supply beach towels. The hotel management is not flexible.

The hotel had a tennis court available , I found it very convenient. a shuttle bus ran to salerno. It made transportation easier. breakfast included fresh fruit and juices, a great option for starting the day. the pool was clean and well maintained, I enjoyed it.

the restaurant prices seemed a little high for what was offered.
