Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

massage chairs varied breakfast

The amenities impressed me. I particularly enjoyed the free massage chairs on the second floor (perfect after a long day). The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. Access to Shin Omiya Station made exploring easy.

The room cleaning was inconsistent . I had to request fresh water daily, a minor inconvenience.

My room was quite spacious. It allowed for convenient luggage placement. The smart mirror displayed useful hotel information, including public bath occupancy, so i knew when to visit (quite practical).

The hotel is a short walk from Shin Omiya Station. Heijo Palace is not far away. A tsutaya bookstore sits next to the hotel (i found nice books there).

The staff members were very helpful. They decorated the room for my husband's birthday. I found this detail very kind (nice!). The public bath allows guests with tattoos.

i found the staff quite helpful! the room had an expresso machine with coffee capsules. there was an executive option, it offers a terrace. i also found the rooms spacious and nicely appointed. the bed was comfortable and the amenities were lovely!

the room cleaning was not great, i requested water every day

The hotel features a bar for drinks. I appreciated this european touch. the executive option includes tea time and wine with finger foods. the dinner buffet had various delicious options. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The location was near a bus station. This made reaching main tourist areas easy. a shuttle bus runs to the stations. the location was near a convention center. i could walk ten minutes to the train station.

my room was spacious, and nicely appointed! i appreciated that they were equipped with a sofa. the rooms included complimentary bottled mineral water, there were two bottles. the room featured modern and clean facilities.

Decent, but with a few hiccups

poor room cleaning unsatisfactory food

The onsen was quite nice. It was open almost all the time.

The room cleaning left much to be desired. I had to ask for water every single day. And don't even get me started on the cafeteria food. It was utterly disappointing!
