staff behavior crowded gym

i was disappointed the housekeeping staff entered my room without knocking it was locked i found this unacceptable the gym was often crowded making it difficult to use the equipment i also wished the pool opened earlier

Really good Stay!

modern rooms fantastic selection

I thoroughly enjoyed the modern and spacious rooms. The coffee and tea station with complimentary water was a nice touch. Breakfast had fantastic choices, I especially liked the station where they made hot food on demand (it's a great option!).

The pool's late opening was a slight inconvenience. The space became quite busy, so earlier access would definitely enhance the experience wanting to start their day with a swim or relaxation session.

The spa facilities are wonderful and include a lovely pool area. There are also three jacuzzis and wellness facilities like a sauna and steam room. I saw staff regularly maintaining everything. Towels are provided at a manned reception desk.

The service was fantastic throughout my stay, I must say. The staff were consistently attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. I really felt taken care of .

My room was everything was super clean and very spacious, I loved it! The pillows and duvet were soft, offering a restful sleep each night. It's the small details that make a big difference (especially when you're traveling!).
