the hotel is set within a beautiful tropical garden. the vegetation is lush and colourful, with dozens of hummingbirds present, i thought it was paradise. the staff and the food was so good. i would certainly recommend the nature trail tours.

I noticed there were no security guards at the entrance. anyone could enter without being identified. This felt a bit unsettling.

the grounds include a warm pool and a spa, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. there are also nature trails to explore the local wildlife. excursions and other activities are easily booked with help from staff.

the on-site dining provides delicious and fresh meals for breakfast and dinner, convenient. i tried the typical costa rican breakfast and found it particularly good. the restaurant has reasonable prices and very friendly service.

the staff are friendly, attentive and helpful with suggestions for excursions. they provided free coffee and water. the service from all the staff surpassed expectations.

The rooms are spacious and clean with a double rainfall shower and a window with a view. each room has a private hot tub. This was very welcome after a long day. the outdoor sitting area is great for evenings.

the complimentary breakfast was delicious. live music was offered every evening i was there. i enjoyed walking around the hotel i even saw a sloth and toucan.

there were no security guards at the entrance. anyone could enter without identification it seemed. i wish they had security patrolling the grounds.

the staff showed me sloths right on the hotel. alan helped me book tours without issues. i did appreciated the poolside service from arlen because i was able to enjoy drinks at any time.

the entry dont have guards so anyone can enter.
