I appreciated the daily housekeeping service. The staff were helpful. They assisted with directions and local recommendations. i also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site parking.

I noticed that the soundproofing could have been better. There was some street noise in the morning.

the parking under the hotel was acceptable, it definitely made things easier.

I found a few things disappointing. the room's air conditioning barely worked. It was like a sauna, and the corridors on the 5th floor had a bad smell. the staff were helpful but couldn't fix the core problem of the poorly built hotel.
