Superb Ski Trip!
convenient location friendly staff hotel rental
I loved the location. It's a short walk to the gondola! The staff was friendly and helpful, so skiing was convenient. Our room had temperature control. there was a coffee machine. We rented ski gear directly from the hotel rental shop. That was so convenient. I must also mentioned there is a ski pass kiosk nearby.
The parking charged a daily fee.

The spa boasts a pool area that is well maintained. It provides a lovely experience after a long ski day. The hotel also has a ski room that offers basic racks for boots, skis, and poles.

The breakfast dining room is very bright and overlooks the mountain. The buffet breakfast includes a delicious, extensive and fresh food selection. The staff serves coffee and juice to the tables. This helps you get started each morning quickly.

Wonderful stay!
fabulous location friendly staff comfortable beds
The location is indeed fabulous. It is right next to the gondola ski lift! All staff members were friendly. This includes receptionists and spa employees. Everyone was amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the beds were comfy. I found breakfast very good. The staff speaks English well.
The room could use a bit more storage or hooks for ski gear.

The breakfast dining room is bright with mountain views, and the buffet is extensive and delicious. Servers provide coffee and juice at tables. I was really surprised by the caring attitude toward my dietary needs!!!

Excellent Ski Getaway Experience
ski slope coffee facilities early buffet
The hotel's location was unbeatable, with direct access to the ski slopes and gondola. My family really enjoyed this convenience. The room was well-equipped with a small kitchen, a mini fridge, and coffee facilities. This helped us a lot. I was impressed by the staff's attitude, especially how they accommodated our early departure by opening the breakfast buffet early.
The pillows were not very comfortable, and the balcony door did not close properly. I had to use extra duvets to block the cold air.

The staff were very polite, friendly, and quick to address our needs. They even fulfilled a room change request for us. Breakfast service was also flexible, great to eat earlier to make our ski lesson. service delivery was perfect.

My spacious apartment had separate rooms for parents and kids. There was also a well-equipped kitchenette including a stove top and sink. The bathroom was very nice and featured a tub and heated drying rack.

The breakfast buffet offered fresh, quality options in a dining room with mountain views. It was a really nice start to the day. Servers were attentive and offered coffee, juice, and other refreshments! there was no shortage of options.

The spa facilities were a highlight, especially after skiing. There was a well-kept pool. It felt great. The ski room had basic racks for boots, skis and poles so i didn't have to haul my equipment to my room.

the location near the gondola was convenient for reaching the mountain. breakfast had extensive fresh options and coffee was brought to the table.
i requested toiletries but they were not replenished. the gym was closed which was disappointing as i had hoped to use it

i found the ski rental facility downstairs very convenient. the breakfast was really rich. the staff was super-friendly at the restaurant and at the front desk!!!
the dinner quality was disappointing with limited variety and dishes that lacked flavor. the amenities provided were only for one person even though i booked a room for two. there was no extra shampoo, and the towels were not in the best condition.

Excellent Hotel Next to Gondola
gondola location friendly staff amazing employee comfortable room
I found the location fabulous, right next to the gondola. The staff were friendly. They were helpful starting with the receptionists and continuing to the spa employees. Everyone else was amazing too. The room was both spacious and comfortable.
I noticed breakfast drinks are not self-service, , made everything a little harder.
