the staff was very friendly to us. i found easy parking near the hotel. the restaurant was fabulous with lovely food. we enjoyed the drinks selection available at the bar.

my room was facing the street and i heard noise from outside.

the food was excellent at the full irish breakfast. it was very tasty and perfectly cooked.

i encountered a problem with noise at night. a musician played until nearly 1 am and the crowd continued for another hour. i could hear music and chatter as if it were in my room.

I found a few things disappointing. first, the noise was pretty bad. I could hear street noise late into the night. secondly, the promised tea kettle was not in my room (i booked partly because it said tea kettle was available). i had to ask for it (which they did eventually provide), but it was a hassle i didn't expect.

the room was smaller than expected. constant noise from air conditioning units on the roof of the hotel was also an issue. it made sleeping difficult.
