the hotel has two pool areas. each area includes a bar and many shaded spots with sofas. breakfast provided great views and a sunrise (i was impressed by the surroundings).

upon arrival, the receptionist was on the phone for ten minutes before acknowledging me. the room i received was a lower category than booked. i had to discuss it before receiving the correct one.

I enjoyed the hotel layout it felt spacious quiet and relaxing. The views all around are fine especially the initial drive up to the Finca. The house and the grounds were beautiful and very well maintained there was a tangible silence I appreciated. I found the staff helpful.
