friendly staff amazing english convenient location

the staff was friendly and helpful. they spoke amazing english and were always ready to assist. i found the welcome glass of prosecco upon arrival a lovely gesture (it really set a great tone for the holiday). the location proved very convenient too.

The housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent. I noticed the shower gel was not replenished and a towel had some rips.

a satisfactory experience

helpful staff modern room

the hotel was clean. the staff was very helpful (i especially appreciated their quick responses to my inquiries). the room was modern and spacious. i found the location to be convenient.

it started early in the morning. the noise affected my sleep. there were limited facilities. The bar closed early at 3 pm.
