faulty machines lack of explanation

The fire alarm sounded multiple times during one night. There were no explanations given by the staff, a concern. the fitness center was disappointing as multiple machines were out of order.

Convenient Stay with Good Amenities

comfy bed clean shower

The room had a very comfy bed and a good, clean shower. Breakfast offered a good choice of items. The staff were excellent throughout the entire stay. I found them to be very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning only provided hot air, I was told this was because it was winter. Opening the small windows made little difference to the room temperature.

The hotel is easy to reach by car and the on-site parking is a great benefit. The hotel's proximity to the tram makes accessing the city center convenient.

The room was a decent size and very clean. The bathroom was large enough and very clean. The TV had a Netflix option. This allowed viewing of content easily understood.
