Adequate stay, some issues noticed

The rooftop bar allowed for a sunset beer, I found that enjoyable. Rooms was clean. The design of the rooms looked stylish. I recommend this hotel.
I stayed for 3 nights and paid cash upfront. They would not give a receipt. I asked three times. On the last day, they claimed I still owed money for the last night, though I had fully paid. After two hours of discussion, they agreed no money was owing.
