Excellent Stay Close to the Airport!

I found the staff to be very friendly and polite . The front desk was especially helpful, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. My room was clean and well-kept. I would certainly consider returning for another stay in the future.

this hotel had all expected amenities, i liked it. breakfast had good options, staff was efficient. the room was great, it had two queen beds. it.
during my visit, the gym did not have enough free weights. i think it need more equipment.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating during breakfast service. allan sibbajja was very attentive during breakfast, he gave good recommendations. it felt good to receive such a good service.

the hotel had a large heated swimming pool and a cool water pool. the grounds were beautiful, i saw many birds in the gardens. the hotel building had colonial style architecture.

the breakfast buffet was massive and offered gallo pinto. bar 10 does an excellent chifrijo. there were a good range of restaurants on site, the cafe was open 24 hours, that was useful.

Acceptable but flawed experience

the grounds are beautiful and well maintained, which i did appreciate.
The noise levels were unacceptable. I could clearly hear conversations in the hallway. the room itself felt dated and not as clean as i would expect for the price. during one night, there was a loud event that kept me awake until late. I was definitely disappointed.
