The room was spacious and modern. The beds were splendid.

The wifi signal was nonexistent in my room, and when i reported it, the reception offered no solution or alternative, such as a room change. I find this lack of customer service unacceptable for a starred hotel.

The hotel provides bathrobes and slippers upon request, a nice touch. There is parking available under the hotel. The location is good, I could easily reach many attractions on foot, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes are nearby.

The television was a bit difficult to operate. The instructions were not very clear.

The staff was helpful and offered a quick check-in, they are fast and attentive to guests' needs, answering questions and giving directions when asked (their local tips were very useful).

I found the gym well equipped (I like to keep up my routine). The hotel features a pool and a sauna. Access requires wearing slippers, and both facilities are well kept. I enjoyed the sauna.

The room was clean, comfortable, and adequately sized, I could work at the desk. The room had everything I needed including a minibar and the shower worked fine. The decor looked fascinating, it gave a nice charm.

the hotel is very close to both the railway station and the bus station. the location is convenient for short stays with the city center within walking distance. a good restaurant called magoda is located nearby, perfect for lunch and dinner. the family room provided ample space and included bathrobes, slippers, and a safe.

the gym was sparsely equipped.
