the hotel had a dedicated play area! the pool area was well-kept. akshaya from the front office was also helpful. whenever i asked for pool access, she would personally come with me to the 4th floor!!!
the lighting in the room was a bit too low for my liking.

the luxury double room was spacious and well kept. the bed was comfortable, and the linens felt luxurious. two large windows offered ample natural light during the day and blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep.

the hotel gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a selection of free weights ranging from 2kg to 20kg was available. the outdoor pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation, really appreciated.

the staff were consistently attentive and prompt in addressing requests. housekeeping provided thorough daily service and replenished amenities each day. the concierge offered useful directions to nearby attractions and arranged transportation seamlessly.

The gym had updated equipment. I saw a nice swimming pool on the terrace for children. Breakfast included many choices. The restaurant provided a pleasant ambience for the morning meal.
The room service order taker seemed confused. I noticed there was a lack of clarity during our conversation. The front desk staff seemed distracted. I overheard them answering phone calls while assisting guests.
