italian ingredients lime bar great service
the food was amazing!!! there were typical italian ingredients. everything was fresh. the service at the lime bar was great. Morena was very helpful.

The breakfast buffet offered fresh and extensive options each morning! donna floriana restaurant provided good food alongside kind service. the sushi bar had lovely sushi. It also featured superb cocktails and very kind service.

multiple pools great perk kids club water games
the hotel includes multiple pools like adult, main, and kids. the kids pool sits next to the kids club, a great perk. the kids club staff played with the kids very well. they offered mini golf, painting, and water games.
the hotel is located far from main attractions. a drive of thirty minutes is needed to reach anything of interest. the location may feel isolated.

the room included enough space and it was good. a separate closet was available for storing suitcases. the constant cleaning of the rooms were excellent.

the gym was great as were the pools. lots of ways to cool off.
the price OF facilities seemed expensive, ESPECIALLY the food. the grill restaurant left much to be desired. my Clothes ended up on a chair, needing to be ironed.

romantic getaway at the sicilian coast
relaxing sea side exquisite food helpful staff
I adored the layout of the pools! i could easily find a quiet spot near the relaxing sea side area. also, the variety of services was really nice, especially the exquisite food in the restaurants. fiona at the reception was particularly helpful. She assisted us with everything we needed from arrival to departure.
the cocktails at the bar were quite pricey, and i found the service a little slow at times.

The resort features multiple pools and sport facilities. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well kept. there are tennis courts available . the pools include different areas for relaxation!

the resort includes a pizzeria that offers tasty pizzas with nice service, also, breakfast at the mediterra restaurant is sublime. the donna floriana bistrot has live music and elegant service. the lime bar by the pool has a limited lunch menu.

the reception staff is friendly and helpful. specific staff members, such as mr rocco, ms. chiara, and ms. adriana, who provided excellent service in the restaurants. the staff at the front desk were very helpful. the driver francesco was perfect.

The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The superior rooms feature comfortable king size beds. rooms have a big flat tv and a minibar. Some offer great views. the rooms have limited window access!

renovated suite polite bellmen
I liked that the front desk handled everything fast. The bellmen were polite upon arrival. The newly renovated suite included a nice bathroom. Housekeeping also did good job.
The road to the resort felt bumpy. I think the government should fix the road.

Staff at the reception was helpful. The reception workers were always there. Fiona at reception was really helpful too. Staff was very nice.

This hotel provides ample parking. Solar reflectors shade parked cars. There are several spots for hanging out. Pool areas are large, clean, and well-organized.

The hotel features well-manicured lush gardens. The resort sprawls across a vast area. Nature appears to be the leading actor. This is a relaxing place.

I had lunch at the cafe near the beach. Julia and Morena were always happy. They served a wonderful lunch. The breakfast was very good.
