the hotel includes multiple pools like adult, main, and kids. the kids pool sits next to the kids club, a great perk. the kids club staff played with the kids very well. they offered mini golf, painting, and water games.

the hotel is located far from main attractions. a drive of thirty minutes is needed to reach anything of interest. the location may feel isolated.

the price OF facilities seemed expensive, ESPECIALLY the food. the grill restaurant left much to be desired. my Clothes ended up on a chair, needing to be ironed.

I adored the layout of the pools! i could easily find a quiet spot near the relaxing sea side area. also, the variety of services was really nice, especially the exquisite food in the restaurants. fiona at the reception was particularly helpful. She assisted us with everything we needed from arrival to departure.

the cocktails at the bar were quite pricey, and i found the service a little slow at times.

the reception staff is friendly and helpful. specific staff members, such as mr rocco, ms. chiara, and ms. adriana, who provided excellent service in the restaurants. the staff at the front desk were very helpful. the driver francesco was perfect.

I liked that the front desk handled everything fast. The bellmen were polite upon arrival. The newly renovated suite included a nice bathroom. Housekeeping also did good job.

The road to the resort felt bumpy. I think the government should fix the road.
