Good stay, some minor issues

helpful staff great location modern bathroom ugly beach bad access unclean surrounding

The staff proved very helpful. They ensured my stay was comfortable even with a few hiccups. The location is excellent, situated between a river and the sea. Bathrooms are nice, clean and modern!!!

The beach looked ugly to me. Reaching the hotel was also very bad. There is no direct access. I had to walk through a small passage, and surrounding areas were not cleaned.

charming river view stay

great location river view

the location was fine and the views were amazing (especially during peak season). i booked a beautiful room river view and balcony and spent hours on the balcony drinking tea. i got beer on arrival, so that was great.

accessing the hotel wasn't the best, there is no direct access. a small passage is required.

The restaurant staff provided really good service. Everyone ensured my preferences were met. a special pool breakfast was organised, and i found it amazing. i appreciated that the menu was limited, yet flexible.

the pool is four feet deep and includes a shallow area for kids. sun loungers are placed on one side of the pool. there is parking space for scooters near the main gate. the hotel is nestled between backwaters and the sea.

the hotel has fast and easy access to the beach. it is located right on the beach. i liked the security person at the beach entrance (ensuring safety). the hotel is a little way off the main road.

food requests amazing hotel top choice

the staff was so courteous! they accommodated our food requests. the hotel is amazing, i really enjoyed it. it's a top choice!

access to the hotel was not direct. i had to walk through a small passage. the surroundings was not cleaned.

location, location, location, i guess.

indirect access unmaintained surrounding

The beach access was not direct. I had to walk through a rather unpleasant passage. the surroundings were also not well kept. Definitely not the most scenic stroll.

relaxing beachside retreat

helpful team customer friendly delicious food

I really enjoyed my stay. the team at the front desk including rajshree, amrish, and kashmira were helpful and ensured i was comfortable. the restaurant staff were nice and customer friendly (they had quick service). the food was delicious. I especially liked that the menu had many options.

the access path to the hotel from the main road isn't very well-kept, it could use some cleaning.

my room had a balcony overlooking the river with comfortable seating. the room included useful amenities such as an iron and a small refrigerator. a king-sized bed was in the room, with a great mattress that helped me sleep well.

i found the hotel staff very polite and they tried to tailor my holiday as per my needs. the restaurant staff was very attentive and quick to assist at any moment. housekeeping provided daily cleaning with fresh towels and toiletries (i liked the attention to detail).
