The staff was very warm and helpful. the food was excellent. i especially liked the christmas dinner buffet. It was amazing!!! i would happily return for another vacation. i enjoyed the ocean view room that overlooked the pool.

The staff was warm and helpful. They remembered my name after the first day. the food was also excellent, and i especially enjoyed the christmas dinner buffet. the ocean view room overlooked the pool, a total win!

the room was clean upon arrival, appreciated.

I found the food options to be quite limited. Only one restaurant was consistently open. the tv channels also malfunctioned frequently , and the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy, disrupting my sleep. overall, the experience did not meet the standards i expect.
