I found the staff helpful. They arranged taxis for us, we didn't wait longer than twenty minutes to get into town. the hotel also allowed us to bring in our own alcohol, even though it's a dry hotel. wedad provided a wonderful massage at the spa. It helped melt away any stress.
The hotel beach was not ideal. The rocky seabed and restricted swimming areas made snorkeling less enjoyable, and the lifeguards were not very accommodating.

the beds are COMFORTABLE. the minibar includes free soft drinks, regularly restocked daily. a sea view enhanced my stay. all contributed to a peaceful retreat.

there is GOOD music playing by the pool which sets a relaxing tone. the private beach gives you access for snorkeling and diving among colorful fish. i found there was always someone available and eager to assist.

breakfast offers a GREAT variety of food. salads and fast food are available at the pool at reasonable prices. the food at breakfast and dinner, i believe, is very tasty and adds to the overall experience.

the breakfast was quite repetitive! and the coffee machine was often out of order, a bit of a wait for my morning caffeine fix. also, the gym was smaller than i expected! it only had a few machines, and some of the equipment looked a little worn.

the hotel had a coral reef right in front. this was great for snorkeling. pools and private beach were a big plus. comfortable sunbeds were on the beach.
the service was a little slow. room service quality wasn't great. i had high expectations.

the hotel is next to a high security building, so i felt safe. there were no crowds, and i found many places for sunbathing. having a car is a definite advantage here.

the private beach has direct access. the coral reef is visible through the crystal clear water. breakfast offers many options including fresh waffles that i definitely recommend.

the rooms were spacious and well appointed.
I found the location somewhat isolated. the distance from the city center required frequent taxis, costing me both time and money. the absence of nearby restaurants also limited my dining options. I had to rely on the hotel, which could be repetitive after a few days. i believe offering a shuttle service could improve convenience.

I had a wonderful experience. the hotel is new and very clean. rooms are spacious and well-kept (i especially liked the usb and plug sockets!). the coral reef right in front is great for snorkeling. I saw various fish just meters from the shore.
i found that the music by the pool in the afternoon was quite loud.

the staff was very attentive and accommodating to my requests. i appreciated the 24/7 room service option as well. princess was especially helpful (always smiling!).

the hotel features a private beach with ample seating. there is a diving center on-site, super convenient. i found the gym to be well-equipped and open 24 hours (great for late workouts!).

Breakfast offers many options and is delicious. the dinner buffet is reasonably priced with high quality food. you can even enjoy your meals outside on the beach. The atmosphere is unbeatable.
