i adored the plentiful food options available. the room service breakfast was a treat each morning (the omelets were so fluffy). servers at the pools were always available, ensuring i never had to wait for a refreshing drink. the specialty restaurants provided lovely dinner experiences, especially the french option, chez rose.

sometimes, getting a prompt response from the front desk required a bit of patience.

the beach was fine. soft sand and clear water made it perfect for lounging! the staff was great. pedro, my butler, were great.

the resort played very loud music around the pool during the day. the evening entertainment was equally noisy. it was nearly impossible to have a conversation without shouting, twice.

I liked the entertainment team. They really tried hard! garcia, pedro, and nickki were very attentive. they always checked if we were having a good time. rosa at the coffee shop was great. She helped us learn spanish.

The evening entertainment was loud. I could hear it in my room. this made it difficult to relax at night.

The hotel has multiple restaurants. I appreciated the variety. the food quality was good, especially at the italian restaurant. portion sizes were smaller, so ordering multiple dishes was necessary. This let me sample more items.

the location was quiet and clean, i did like the privacy! the drive from the airport was smooth and arranged by costco travel. the hotel felt relatively new, though a bit compact. it has one main pool and four smaller pools.

The hotel has a spa. I found my experience wonderful from start to finish. there was a silent disco. It provided super fun entertainment. i saw karaoke. The place was a lot of fun too. a welcome breakfast exists, though it promotes a vacation plan.
