solid stay!

friendly staff christmas lights convenient parking

I found the staff very friendly at both reception and the restaurant. the christmas lights provided an very nice display. the location being quite close to the forest was a plus. I enjoyed the convenient parking.

The carpet in my room wasn't clean. I noticed crumbs and some debris. it looked like it could have used a good shampooing.

The hotel has a small forest area behind it, offering a chance to walk in nature. I even saw birds and squirrels. i found this feature very peaceful and relaxing, it was a highlight of my stay.

the grand two queens room was really good, i thought! the bathroom stood out with separate sinks and a large shower. there was even a steamer, a safe, and a refrigerator for added convenience.

The location near the main road was convenient. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The low-rise buildings gave this hotel a spa-like feel.

unexpected delight

generous room size high-end steamer great water pressure

the room size was very generous. i especially liked the high-end garment steamer instead of a regular iron. the shower had Amazing water pressure, something rare in hotels these days.

the restaurant experience was disappointing. despite few occupied tables during dinner, the wait for service exceeded ten minutes. breakfast also had similar long delays even with minimal occupancy.

the hotel is situated near the interstate exit, but it provides a quiet setting. ample parking is available around several two-story buildings with good lighting. a gas station is conveniently nearby.
