non-functional safe disorganized taxi
the food was acceptable and the staff were kind and helpful.
I encountered problems with the room safe. It was non-functional . despite reporting it, assistance was not provided. additionally, i found the taxi service disorganized. My pre-booked taxi to catch an early bus was not properly scheduled, which caused me to miss my bus. these issues marred my experience.

Lake Views from an Amazing Hotel!
friendly staff awesome view fresh breakfast
The staff was very friendly, and helped me with everything I needed! The room I stayed in was super clean, huge, and had a awesome view of the lake. I had a breakfast with many choices for any needs, also it had tasty fresh options. I enjoyed it so much! they offered a coffee to take away.
The hotel is a bit dated, and could use some renovating to keep it in top shape.

The hotel is on its own island, and it offers a walking path around its perimeter . This allows for short, peaceful walks near the lake. I saw how quiet and relaxing this area was, and the path provides terrific views of the surrounding landscape.

I found the breakfast service opened early, it works when needing to leave for tours. The breakfast buffet included a great variety of food that was always fresh. The restaurant staff was always smiling, friendly, and attentive.

The rooms come with nice views. My room was clean and well kept. The room included comfortable beds that allow restful sleep, and it was super great!

I saw how the staff handled the busy breakfast period when many guests leave for tours. The hotel even helped manage transport, and made arrangements for taxi service! I am happy, everything was wonderful!

thin walls better soundproofing
the breakfast was good with a pretty decent spread.
the walls were THIN. i could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms. the noise made it difficult to relax or sleep soundly. the hotel needs better soundproofing to ensure a more peaceful stay.
