charging stations early check-in helpful staff
i found the parking easy! it included charging stations for electric cars. the staff was cute. lorena strakl at the front desk was especially sweet and offered me an early check-in. she also gave helpful dinner recommendations in the area.
The pool opening hours were a bit late. I couldn't use it when i wanted to.

i found the room to be a nice size. the cleaning and size of the bathroom were very good. the television had many channels. the staff was very helpful and fast. free parking was available.
the carpet seemed quite filthy, sadly. i noticed hair from previous guests on the linens. i would have preferred not to see that. it was not a tender sight to behold

the breakfast was adequate, giving an acceptable start to my day.
the air conditioning in my room was BROKEN. i reported it, but nothing was done. additionally, the carpets in the hallways were stained, which gave a dirty impression.
