Really good Stay!
spacious room helpful staff great location
My room was spacious and very clean. The staff was helpful. They promptly provided a baby crib upon request. The hotel's location is AMAZING, just a short walk to the Christmas market!!!

the hotel bar was a nice addition to the hotel and offered good drinks.
this unexpected charge soured the overall experience a bit. the hotel should be more transparent about all potential costs upfront.

The room provided ample space, a definite plus. I found the staff very responsive to requests. Breakfast included various options, covering multiple tastes.
