unrepaired glass mossy balcony

The location was good, offering proximity to key areas.

I found the room maintenance lacking, a broken light and unrepaired glass on the mossy balcony were not addressed , it impacted my overall impression.

An alright visit

great location good breakfast broken light no wifi

The hotel sits right on the seafront. The location is also close to the town centre. The swimming POOL and bar facilities were super, i really enjoyed the cocktails. Breakfast had loads of choices. The quality was good.

I requested a maintenance repair for a broken light in my room. NOTHING happened. I asked for broken glass on the balcony to be removed, but that also never happened. WIFI was not working during my two-night stay. I was told it was broken.

inconvenient pool service slow room service

The pool lacked any service. I found this quite inconvenient. furthermore, the room service seemed rather slow. waiting times for basic requests were longer than i anticipated. This impacted my schedule negatively.
